Marco, my husband got me into this drink.

I’ve never had chia seeds before and didn’t even know if I would like it.

Marco made it one day and I tried it and fell in love with it.

Ever since then we make a big pitcher of it a few times a month.

This drink is great for people who don’t like drinking plain water or who just want to jazz up their water every now and then.

This is actually one of my kids favorite drinks.

She gets excited whenever she smells fresh squeezed lime juice because she knows I’m going to make chia lime water.

I love it when my kids get excited about healthy food!
