This recipe is made with imitation crab meat.

It’s cheaper than real crab meat but tastes just as good.

I recently made these tostadas and my husband and I devoured it in less than a day.

They were that good!

This recipe is basically Mexican shrimp cocktail but with imitation crab meat instead of shrimp.

I like this version better because I don’t have to cook anything and with the shrimp version you have to cook the shrimp then chill them.

Now it’s time to chop up the imitation crab meat. This is the kind I used.

It says chunk style. I’ve also used flake style.

Either one is fine.

My husband Marco, loves this stuff. He likes to eat it on crackers with avocado.
