What type of tuna should I use?
I used tuna in water. I use tuna in water for all my recipes using canned tuna.
However tuna in oil will also work. Use whichever tuna you’re more comfortable with.
Just make sure to drain the tuna well.
How to make this recipe
Drain the tuna and put it in a bowl. I like to take a fork and flake the tuna with it.

chop the celery, onion and pickled jalapenos finely.

Then add them to the tuna.

Then add the corn.

Add the cilantro, lime juice, mayo and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
