
Beef birria is an amazing Mexican recipe that can be prepared as a stew or with consome. Today, I am making it with consome and serving it with quesatacos! Birria is traditonally made using goat but I prefer to use beef. The dried chilies, herbs and spices give this dish a delicious taste and aroma. Birria is a must try !
