Piña Colada Agua Fresca

This smooth and creamy piña colada agua fresca will have you feeling like you’re on a tropical vacation. Not only is it refreshing but also super delicious. It’s the perfect summertime refreshment. I absolutely adore pineapple. There’s so many delicious ways you can use it.

Some of my favorite pineapple recipes include pineapple agua fresca and pera piña.

If you’ve seen my last few posts you can see I’m on a big agua fresca kick.

I just can’t help myself they’re so delicious and this piña colada one may just be my favorite.

I love the coconut and pineapple together it’s one of the best pairings ever in my opinion.

More agua frescas:

Ingredients needed:

  • One pineapple
  • Water
  • 15 oz can of cream of coconut
  • 13.5 oz can of coconut milk
  • 12 oz can of evaporated milk
  • Sugar (optional)

How to make it

First you need to cut the pineapple into chunks. Here is a great guide to show you how to do that.

Then transfer the chunks to a blender along with 2 cups of water. Blend for a minute then strain the juice into a pitcher.

Next pour the cream of coconut, coconut milk and evaporated milk into the blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Then strain into the pitcher. Stir and give it a taste.

If you want it sweeter go ahead and add the sugar and stir.

Transfer the pitcher to the refrigerator to chill before serving. Serve it over ice.

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple cut into chunks
  • 2 cups water
  • 15 oz can of cream of coconut
  • 13.5 oz can of coconut milk
  • 12 oz can of evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar optional

Instructions

  1. Cut the pineapple into chunks.

  2. Transfer the pineapple chunks and the 2 cups of water to the blender.

  3. Blend for 1 minute.

  4. Strain the pineapple juice into a pitcher

  5. Pour the cream of coconut, coconut milk, and evaporated milk into the blender.

  6. Blend for 30 seconds.

  7. Strain into the pitcher.

  8. Taste it and stir in the sugar if you want it sweeter.

  9. Chill in the fridge and serve over ice.
