I just can’t help myself they’re so delicious and this piña colada one may just be my favorite.
I love the coconut and pineapple together it’s one of the best pairings ever in my opinion.

Ingredients needed:
- One pineapple
- Water
- 15 oz can of cream of coconut
- 13.5 oz can of coconut milk
- 12 oz can of evaporated milk
- Sugar (optional)
How to make it
First you need to cut the pineapple into chunks. Here is a great guide to show you how to do that.
Then transfer the chunks to a blender along with 2 cups of water. Blend for a minute then strain the juice into a pitcher.
Next pour the cream of coconut, coconut milk and evaporated milk into the blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Then strain into the pitcher. Stir and give it a taste.
If you want it sweeter go ahead and add the sugar and stir.
Transfer the pitcher to the refrigerator to chill before serving. Serve it over ice.

Piña Colada Agua Fresca
This piña colada agua fresca is the prefect summertime refreshment.
Ingredients
- 1 pineapple cut into chunks
- 2 cups water
- 15 oz can of cream of coconut
- 13.5 oz can of coconut milk
- 12 oz can of evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sugar optional
Instructions

Cut the pineapple into chunks.

Transfer the pineapple chunks and the 2 cups of water to the blender.

Blend for 1 minute.

Strain the pineapple juice into a pitcher

Pour the cream of coconut, coconut milk, and evaporated milk into the blender.

Blend for 30 seconds.

Strain into the pitcher.

Taste it and stir in the sugar if you want it sweeter.

Chill in the fridge and serve over ice.
