I make smoothies almost everyday for my family. We absolutely love them.
Not only are they yummy but they’re a good way to get in our fruits and veggies.
Smoothies are also an excellent way to use up fresh fruit before it goes bad!
This recipe uses frozen mango but you could also use fresh mango.
I like to use at least one type of frozen fruit in my smoothie because it results in a colder and thicker smoothie.

Ingredients
- Frozen mango chunks
- Banana (ripe)
- Hemp seeds
- Chia seeds
- Coconut milk
- Vanilla extract

This smoothie recipe doesn’t contain a sweetener. I find that it’s sweet enough on its own thanks to the banana and coconut milk.
However if you want it a little sweeter I suggest using honey.
How to make it
Put the fruit, hemp and chia seeds, coconut milk and vanilla extract in the blender.

Blend until smooth.

- 3 tbs hemp seeds
