This refreshing Mexican fruit salad is a great way to enjoy all of Summer’s delicious fruits!

A Mexican fruit salad is a delicious snack that is perfect for this hot Summer weather. My whole family loves this treat especially my kids. They love eating all of their fruits with lime and chili powder. It really gives fruit such a wonderful flavor. If you haven’t tried it you definitely need to! I know that some people enjoy salt on their fruits but this is way better!

You can use whatever fruit you prefer. Strawberries, cucumber and watermelon is what I had on hand so that is what I ended up using. However apples for their crunch would be great and mangoes for their sweet tropical flavor would be amazing!

I like to take it a step further and add some Valentina salsa. It is amazing! If spiciness is your thing then definitely try it this way you’ll love it!
