How to make agua de mango
Peel the mangos. I used a vegetable peeler for this.
Slice as much of the mango as you can from the pits and transfer it to a blender. Throw the pits away.
Add some sugar and water to the blender and blend until smooth.
Then strain the mango water into a pitcher.
Or it may be easier for you to strain it into a bowl then you can pour it into a pitcher.
Add more water to the pitcher and stir.
That’s it. It’s so easy to make this mango agua fresca!

Mango Agua Fresca
This refreshing and delicious mango agua fresca is just what you need on a hot summer day!
Ingredients
- 4 mangos
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 6 cups water
Instructions

Peel the mangos. Slice as much of the mango away from the pits as you can. Throw away the pits. Put the sliced mango in the blender.

Add the sugar and three cups of water to the blender. Blend until smooth.

Strain the mango water into a pitcher. Stir in the remaining three cups of water.

Serve over ice. Store leftover mango agua fresca in the refrigerator.
