Chimichurri with Parsley and Cilantro
Ingredients
- 1 cup parsley finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro finely chopped
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt or more to tatse
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 tbs red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and stir well. Cover and let sit at room temperature for a couple of hours.

Serve with grilled or baked meats. Refrigerate leftovers.
