I’m obsessed with these potatoes! This is such a unique and tasty way to enjoy this vegetable.

It get’s boring always having the same old potatoes right?

That’s why I wanted to share this recipe with you today and hopefully give you a new way to prepare potatoes.

What makes these potatoes spicy is the salsa macha.

Salsa macha is a unique tasting full of flavor Mexican salsa.

The salsa goes perfectly with so many things like pupusas, cheese arepas etc. the list could go on forever.

This is actually the first time I put salsa macha on potatoes and I wasn’t dissappointed!

This recipe is so easy. The first thing you do is peel and dice the potatoes. I used 3 potatoes. Then put them in a pot and boil them for about 10 minutes.

After they’ve boiled strain the potatoes and return to the pot.

Add about 1 tablespoon of salsa macha to the potatoes.

Stir the potatoes around with a spoon to evenly coat them with the salsa.

I actually use more than 1 tablespoon of salsa.

You can use more as well but I suggest you taste them first before adding any more!

They’re now ready to be served!

Spicy potatoes also make an excellent filling for meatless tacos!

Making your own taco shells is very easy and takes just minutes!

It’s a salsa made from dried chilies, garlic and oil. It’s very different from other salsas. Some people even add peanuts to theirs. It’s also very spicy.
