Mango Smoothie Recipe

Today I have a super easy and quick mango smoothie recipe I want to share with you. It’s yummy and healthy and you can easily change it up by adding other fruit or even spinach to make it even healthier.

I always keep a variety of frozen fruit in my freezer. It lasts a long a long time and my family and I can snack on them or add them to smoothies. One of my favorite frozen fruits to keep on hand is mango. Right now in January I can’t get good mangoes at the grocery so it’s nice to have these in the freezer.

See how super easy and quick it is. I like to make this when I don’t have time to make breakfast. On busy mornings I’ll have this and something else that’s fast like an english muffin or bagel. It’s so easy for me to skip breakfast I’m always so busy that I sometimes don’t eat until the afternoon. It’s a bad habit that I’m trying hard to break but like most moms I’m always taking care of others first and end up forgetting about myself. Us moms really have to start taking better care of ourselves so that we have the energy to look after the ones we love.

Mango Smoothie Recipe Tips and Tricks

  • If you have trouble blending add a little more milk
  • You can easily switch out regular milk for almond milk
  • Garnish with shredded unsweetened coconut for texture
  • Easily change up this recipe by adding frozen pineapple to make a tropical smoothie. (Though the more fruit you add you may have to add a little more milk)

What is your favorite easy breakfast to make when you’re low on time?

I recently tried this mango smoothie recipe, and it's become my go-to breakfast option! The flavor is incredibly vibrant and refreshing, and the texture is smooth and creamy. I love how the Greek yogurt adds a hint of tanginess that complements the sweetness of the mango perfectly. Plus, it's a great way to start the day with a healthy dose of fruit and protein. I've also experimented with adding a splash of coconut milk for a tropical twist, and it's absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying this recipe!
