Garlic Butter Pasta Recipe

I love how this recipe uses such simple ingredients. For me all of the ingredients are staple items that I always have on hand.

Ingredients needed

  • Elbow macaroni
  • Butter (I use salted butter)
  • Garlic cloves (minced)
  • Freshly grated parmesan
  • Black pepper
  • Old bay seasoning
  • Parsley flakes

How to make it

Cook the elbow pasta according to the directions on the box. While the pasta is cooking heat up the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the butter has melted add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Then add the drained pasta to the skillet. Next season with the black pepper, old bay seasoning and parsley flakes. Give it a stir. If you use unsalted butter you can add a little salt if you think it needs it. Next add the parmesan to the skillet and toss with tongs to combine. Then the pasta is ready to be served.

  • 4 garlic cloves minced
