Salchicha a la Mexicana

Salchicha a la Mexicana consists of chopped hot dogs in a delicious Mexican tomato sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 jalapeno chopped
  • 5 roma tomatoes chopped
  • 6 hot dogs sliced
  • 2 tbs oil

Instructions

  1. Heat up a large pan over medium heat. Add the oil. Once hot, add the sliced hot dogs.

  2. Cook for about 8 minutes or until nice and browned on both sides. Transfer the sliced hot dogs to a plate.

  3. Add a little bit more oil to the pan if necessary and add the onion and jalapeño. Season with salt and stir. Cook for 8 min.

  4. Next add the tomatoes and stir. Cover and cook for another 8 min.

  5. Add the hot dogs to the pan and stir well. Serve and enjoy!
