Salchicha a la Mexicana
Salchicha a la Mexicana consists of chopped hot dogs in a delicious Mexican tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 onion diced
- 1 jalapeno chopped
- 5 roma tomatoes chopped
- 6 hot dogs sliced
- 2 tbs oil
Instructions

Heat up a large pan over medium heat. Add the oil. Once hot, add the sliced hot dogs.

Cook for about 8 minutes or until nice and browned on both sides. Transfer the sliced hot dogs to a plate.

Add a little bit more oil to the pan if necessary and add the onion and jalapeño. Season with salt and stir. Cook for 8 min.

Next add the tomatoes and stir. Cover and cook for another 8 min.

Add the hot dogs to the pan and stir well. Serve and enjoy!
