Dried Shrimp Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 6 cups cooked leftover jasmine rice
- 1 small onion
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup dried shrimp chopped
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs fish sauce
- 1 tbs oyster sauce
- 4 tbs avocado oil
- green onion for garnishing
Instructions

Scramble the eggs in a pan and chop into small pieces. Set aside.

Heat up a wok over high heat. Add enough avocado oil to coat the bottom.

Once hot, add the onion and shrimp. Cook for a few minutes then add the garlic and cook for another minute.

Next add the rice, soy sauce, fish sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well.

Finally add the eggs, sesame oil and green onion. Mix well. Serve and enjoy!
