How to make birria ramen
Measure out 2 cups of the leftover consome and 1/2 cup of the shredded meat.
Pour the consome into a pot and bring it to a boil. While waiting for the consome to come to a boil open a package of ramen noodles and break them up as shown below. Throw away the flavor packet we don’t need it.
Once the consome has come to a boil add in the meat and noodles. Let the noodles cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Then pour into a bowl and garnish with chopped cilantro and onion. And don’t forget the lime juice! Fresh squeezed lime juice is a must.
That’s all there is to it. It’s so incredibly easy. If you make birria then you must try making this recipe with the leftovers. You won’t be disappointed!
