Essential Oil Diffuser Recipes

Today I have for you some amazing essential oil diffuser recipes I think you’ll love!

I bought my first essential oil diffuser last year and I’m still obsessed with it. Originally I bought it after experiencing extreme anxiety about my health. After reading about how toxic candles were I bought it. Now that I’m doing better and I’m not nearly as anxious I’ve started burn my candles occasionally but I very much prefer my essential oils! I hope you will like the essential oil recipes I’ll be sharing with you today.

Before you read this you may want to check out my other post on why you need an essential oil diffuser.

Essential Oil Diffuser Recipes

1. Jasmine and Rosemary

Jasmine is hands down my favorite essential oil ever. It smells absolutely heavenly! It’s very calming and helps me feel more relaxed when I’m feeling stressed. Right now I’m really loving rosemary because I’ve been suffering with allergies and it has really helped me breathe better. I really love these two oils together.

Recipe: 3 drops Jasmine oil, 2 drops rosemary essential oil

2. Clove, Nutmeg and Orange

Now that Fall is officially I’ve been using this recipe constantly. Clove, nutmeg and orange just scream Fall. My husband always loves when he walks in the door to find I have this diffusing.

Recipe: 1 drop clove, 1 drop nutmeg, 3 drops orange

3. Peppermint and Rosemary

Peppermint and Rosemary are two of my favorite essential oils to use when I’m suffering with allergies or colds. I really can breathe sooo much better when I diffuse these two oils.

Recipe: 2 drops peppermint oil, 2 drops rosemary oil

4. Rosemary, Peppermint and Lemongrass

These three together make a beautiful aroma.

Recipe: 2 drops rosemary, 2 drops peppermint and 2 drops lemongrass

5. Spike Lavender and Lavender

I love lavender for its calming aroma and the spike lavender has a very fresh clean scent to me which I like.

Recipe: 3 drops spike lavender, 3 drop lavender

These are just some recipe suggestions that I personally use in my home. I hope you will give them a try. You can get a lot of recipe ideas just by looking at the label on your essential oil bottles. Well at least for the now brand of essential oils. I’m not sure if other brands list suggestions on their bottles.
