This cheesy hashbrown casserole recipe is something the whole family is going to love! It’s a great meal anytime of the day be it breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Ingredients needed
- hashbrowns (defrosted)
- cream of chicken soup
- sour cream
- cheddar cheese (shredded)
- ham (diced)
- melted butter
- onion (diced)
- black pepper
- salt
- garlic powder
How to make the casserole
First of all preheat the oven at 350.
Combine the soup, sour cream, butter, ham, onion, black pepper, salt and garlic powder, together in a large bowl. Then add the hashbrowns and mix well.
Then put the mixture in a 9×13 casserole dish.
Top it with shredded cheddar cheese.
Then put it in the oven to bake for 45-50 minutes.
After it’s done you can garnish it with some fresh chopped parsley.
Let it cool for about 10 minutes before cutting.
As you can see this is a super easy meal to make and everyone will love it! As a busy mom myself it’s one of my favorite meals to make.

Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole Recipe
This delicious hashbrown casserole is perfect anytime of the day
Ingredients
- 30 oz hashbrowns defrosted
- 10 oz cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 3/4 cup ham diced
- 4 tbs butter melted
- 1 onion diced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
