Stack the tortillas on top of one another and cut them into four equal sized triangles.

Heat up enough oil for frying in a skillet over medium heat.

Once oil is hot add the tortilla pieces but don't crowd the skillet.

Fry until golden brown on bottom then flip them over and fry the other side.

Drain on paper towels.
