Ingredients

  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup ham
  • 1/2 cup cheese cubes
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbs olive oil

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook for 6 minutes. Then drain and rinse under cold water. Add the olive oil to the pasta and stir to coat. Set aside.

  2. Cut the cheese cubes into smaller cubes.

  3. Grate the carrot and finely chop the onion and celery.

  4. Chop the pickled jalapenos and cut the ham into small cubes.

  5. In a large bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, black pepper and garlic salt. Mix well with a large spoon.

  6. Then add the carrot, onion, celery and cheese to the bowl and mix.

  7. Then add the jalapenos and ham and mix again.

  8. Next add the macaroni and mix again until everything is coated in the dressing.

  9. Cover the bowl and transfer it to the refrigerator to chill for a couple of hours before serving.

  10. Serve with crackers, tostadas or all on its own. Enjoy!
