This creamy jalapeño dip is inspired by the famous dip served at Chuy's. Made with ranch seasoning, pickled jalapeños, salsa verde, and fresh cilantro, it's the perfect dip for tortilla chips, tacos, and more.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
  • 1 tbs pickled jalapeño juice
  • 1/3 cup salsa verde
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 lime juiced

Instructions

  1. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, ranch seasoning mix, pickled jalapeños, jalapeño juice, salsa verde, cilantro, garlic powder, and lime juice to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes if desired.

  4. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
