
Cilantro lime rice is the perfect side dish to all your favorite Mexican meals.
Heat up oil in a pot over medium heat. Once hot add the rice.
Fry the rice until it turns a golden color. Be sure to stir so that it cooks evenly.
Then add the water and chicken bouillon and stir. Taste and add salt if desired.
Bring the rice to a boil the reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Fluff rice with a fork. Add the lime juice and chopped cilantro. Use the fork to fluff and evenly distribute the lime juice and cilantro.
