Ingredients

  • 1 whole ripe cantaloupe chopped seeds removed
  • 4 cups of water
  • sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Add cantaloupe and water to blender and blend for about 1 1/2 min.
  2. Strain mixture into a pitcher.
  3. Add sugar to taste and stir.
  4. Serve over ice.
