Preheat the oven to 300. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a bowl combine the oregano, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oyster sauce, soy sauce and fish sauce. Stir until well combined.
Place the ribs on the baking sheet. Pour the seasoned sauce onto to the ribs. Rub well on both sides.
Cover the baking sheet with foil. Transfer to the oven and bake for 1 hour. Then uncover the baking sheet and continue to bake for another 45 minutes.
The ribs should be tender by now. Serve and enjoy.
