Agua de nuez is a delicious Mexican beverage made with pecans.
Toast the pecans in a pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Make sure to stir frequently.
Cover the pecans with 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Remove the pan from heat and cover. Let soak for 1 hour.
In a pitcher combine the evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk.
Transfer the soaked pecans and the soaking water to a blender. Blend for 1 minute.
Strain the mixture into the pitcher using a fine mesh strainer.
Add the remaining 4 cups of water to the pitcher along with the vanilla and cinnamon. Stir well.
Serve over ice and enjoy!
