Strawberry horchata is a delicious and refreshing beverage that's perfect for the summer!
Soak the rice and cinnamon stick in 5 cups of water overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Transfer the rice and cinnamon stick to the blender along with the soaking water.
Blend for 2 minutes.
Strain the mixture into a pitcher. Discard any bits left in the strainer.
Put the strawberries in the blender along with 2 cups of water, condensed milk and sugar.
Blend until smooth.
Strain into the pitcher and stir.
Next add the evaporated milk, the 3 remaining cups of water and the vanilla.
Stir again.
Serve over ice.
