Ingredients

  • 4 roma tomatoes
  • 2 habanero peppers
  • 1 small white onion chopped
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring tomatoes, habanero peppers and about 4 cups of water to a boil.

  2. Boil for about 10 minutes or until the skins of the tomatoes start peeling.

  3. Transfer tomatoes, peppers and one cup of water to a blender and blend for about 20 seconds.

  4. Pour the blended salsa into a bowl or container and add the onion and cilantro. Mix well and salt to taste.

  5. serve.
