Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites beaten
  • 1 slice whole grain bread
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 avocado cut into slices
  • everything bagel seasoning for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites with a fork for a minute.

  2. Heat up the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  3. Once hot, add the egg whites and scramble with a spatula for a couple of minutes or until cooked through. Remove the skillet from heat.

  4. Toast the bread in a toaster. Then top the toast with the slices of avocado.

  5. Spread the scrambled egg whites over the avocado and garnish with the everything bagel seasoning.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
