
Tinga de atún is a delicious and easy recipe using canned tuna.
Heat up the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3 min.
Next add the garlic and cook for another min.
Then add the tomatoes and chipotle peppers. Give it a good stir and continue to cook for 3 min.
Now add the tuna and stir. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover and cook for 5 more min.
