Scrambled eggs with turkey are an easy and delicious way to change up your breakfast routine
Crack the eggs into a large bowl. Add salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs with a fork for a couple of minutes. Set the eggs aside.
Heat up the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot add the onion and bell pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes or until softened. Make sure to stir occasionally.
Then add the beaten eggs to the skillet. Let the eggs set for a few seconds then gently stir the eggs with a spatula.
While the eggs are still runny add the turkey to them and continue to stir until the eggs are done. This should take just a few minutes.
