Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbs butter
  • salsa
  • corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat up 4 corn tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds or until soft.
  2. Place tortillas on a plate.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat melt the butter.
  4. When butter starts to sizzle crack the eggs into the pan.
  5. Cook for a few minutes until the whites are set.
  6. Flip the eggs and cook for another minute or longer depending on how runny you like your eggs.
  7. Transfer eggs to the plate with the tortillas and top with salsa.
