Ingredients

  • 4 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup oat milk

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar.

  2. Put the lid on and shake well.

  3. Let the jar sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.

  4. Serve as is or garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
