
A budget friendly recipe that’s super delicious and flavorful.
In a bowl combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic and red pepper flakes until a smooth sauce is formed.
Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the ramen and boil for 2 to 3 min. Drain the water or leave a little if you want it soupy. Add half of the seasoning packet that comes with the noodles to the pot along with the peanut butter sauce.
Toss the noodles with a pair of tongs to combine the sauce and noodles.
Transfer the noodles to a bowl and garnish with the cilantro, green onions and fresh squeezed lime juice.
Serve and enjoy.
