
This refreshing dragon fruit agua fresca is made with white dragon fruit, lime, and a touch of sugar. Light and slightly sweet, it’s easy to make and perfect for warm days. Use pink dragon fruit or frozen cubes if you want to add a pop of color.
Add the chopped dragon fruit, lime juice, sugar, and 2 cups of water to a blender. Blend until smooth. Strain the mixture into a large pitcher.
Stir in the remaining 3 cups of water.Serve over ice and enjoy! Refrigerate any leftovers.
