Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 22 wonton wrappers
  • 3 green onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbs red bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Put the cream cheese, green onion, red bell pepper, granulated garlic and worcestershire sauce in a large bowl and mix until well combined.

  2. Spoon about a teaspoon full of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of a wonton wrapper.

  3. Fold the wonton according to the instructions on the packaging. Then repeat with the remaining wrappers and cream cheese mixture.

  4. Heat up enough oil for frying in a pot over medium high heat. Once hot add 4-5 wontons to the pot and fry until they turn a golden color. This should take just 1-2 min per batch.

  5. Then transfer the fried wontons to a paper towel lined pate to drain. Repeat the above steps with the remaining wontons.

  6. Serve and enjoy.
