
Café de olla is a traditional Mexican coffee made with cinnamon, cloves, and piloncillo for a warm, rich, and slightly sweet flavor.

Heat over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the piloncillo fully dissolves.

Turn off the heat, cover, and let sit for about 5 minutes.
