  • 1 white onion diced
  • 20 oz sweet corn frozen
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbs mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp tajin
  • 4 tbs chopped cilantro
  • parmesan cheese to taste


  1. Cook the corn in the microwave as directed in the back of the bag.

  2. Heat up the butter in a pot over medium heat. Once hot and sizzling add the diced onion and saute for a few minutes until softened.

  3. Remove the pot from heat and add the corn, garlic powder, mayonnaise, cilantro and tajin.

  4. Serve and garnish with the grated parmesan cheese.
