Chilaquiles with Tortilla Chips

This easy and delicious chilaquiles recipe uses bagged tortilla chips and canned enchilada sauce making it perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups canned enchilada sauce
  • 11 oz bag of tortilla chips
  • 3 cups shredded cheese
  • chopped cilantro optional
  • diced onion optional
  • sliced avocado optional

Instructions

  1. Heat up a skillet over medium heat and add the enchilada sauce. Let it heat up for about 5-7 minutes.

  2. Once the sauce is hot add the chips. Stir well to make sure all the chips are coated in the sauce.

  3. Top the chips with the shredded cheese. Cover the skillet and continue to cook for about 5 minutes or so until the cheese has melted.

  4. Serve and garnish with your favorite toppings.
