Mexican fried bananas are a delicious and inexpensive way to use up ripe bananas before they go bad.
Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.
Heat up the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once melted and sizzling add the banana slices. Cook for three minutes.
Then turn the banana slices over and continue cooking for 3 more minutes.
Transfer the banana slices to a plate and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
If you want to drizzle the bananas with cream just mix the condensed milk and sour cream together and drizzle over the bananas.
