Tacos de Camaron

Tacos de camaron (shrimp tacos) are super delicious and easy to make. They can be ready in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 20 oz raw shrimp peeled, deveined and tail off
  • 3/4 tsp blackened seasoning
  • 8 crispy taco shells
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse the thawed shrimp in a strainer. Then pat them dry with a paper towel. Season the shrimp with the blackened seasoning and mix well to make sure they're all coated. Set aside.

  2. Heat up the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot add the shrimp. Do this in two batches so the shrimp aren't crowded. Cook the shrimp for 3 minutes. Then flip them and cook for another 3 minutes. Transfer them to a plate.

  3. Repeat the above steps with the remaining batch of shrimp.

  4. Assemble the tacos and garnish with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
