Tacos de camaron (shrimp tacos) are super delicious and easy to make. They can be ready in less than 30 minutes.
Rinse the thawed shrimp in a strainer. Then pat them dry with a paper towel. Season the shrimp with the blackened seasoning and mix well to make sure they're all coated. Set aside.
Heat up the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot add the shrimp. Do this in two batches so the shrimp aren't crowded. Cook the shrimp for 3 minutes. Then flip them and cook for another 3 minutes. Transfer them to a plate.
Repeat the above steps with the remaining batch of shrimp.
Assemble the tacos and garnish with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
