Platanos fritos con crema are a super easy, quick and yummy recipe that can be served as a snack or dessert.
Put the sour cream and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl and mix together. Then put in the refrigerator.
Peel the plantain and cut into slices.
Heat up the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot add the plantain slices and cook for a few minutes.
Then turn the slices over and continue to cook for a few more minutes. By now the plantain slices should be brown and caramelized.
Transfer the plantain slices to a paper towel lined plate to drain.
Serve the fried plantains with the cream drizzled over top. Then top with the queso fresco. Enjoy!
