Camarones al mojo de ajo is a delicious recipe consisting of shrimp cooked in a delicious butter and garlic sauce.
Rinse the thawed shrimp in a strainer. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel.
Season the shrimp with the garlic salt.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium low heat.
Once melted add the minced garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes.
Then stir the shrimp and cook for another 3 minutes.
Cover the skillet with the lid and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove the skillet from heat.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the shrimp.
