Ensalada de frutas (fruit salad) is perfect for breakfast, lunch, as a snack or even as dessert.
Remove the peaches from the can and chop them into small pieces.
Slice the grapes into halves.
Dice the apples.
In a large bowl combine the yogurt, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix well with a spoon.
Add the peaches, grapes and apples to the bowl. Then add the drained fruit cocktail and chopped pecans. Mix well.
Serve the ensalada de frutas now or cover it tightly and transfer to the refrigerator.
