Mango bubble tea is delicious and refreshing. It's made with black tea and mango nectar
Heat the water in the microwave until it's hot. Then add the 2 tea bags to the water and let steep for four minutes. Then discard the tea bags and let the tea cool.
Cook 1 cup of the tapioca pearls according the instructions on the bag. Once the pearls are done drain most of the water leaving about 1/3 cup of water in the pot.
Add the brown sugar to the pot of tapioca pearls and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Let the pearls cool for about 15 minutes.
Then add some of the tapioca pearls to a glass.
Then add half of the tea and half of the mango nectar to the glass and stir.
Add a splash of milk to the glass and stir again.
Make another drink with the remaining tea and mango nectar or save for later use.
Refrigerate the leftover tapioca pearls with the syrup.
Serve and enjoy.
