Camote con leche is a delicious and easy Mexican dish of sweet potatoes
Put the sliced sweet potatoes in a pot. Then add the sugar, cinnamon stick and water to the pot.
Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce heat to medium and cover.
Let it cook for 20 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
Serve the sweet potatoes in bowls with some of the liquid and add a splash of milk.
