Mexican Iced Coffee

This delicious Mexican iced coffee is easy and inexpensive. Try it this summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 6 cups water
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup Nescafe instant coffee
  • 5 oz can of evaporated milk
  • 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups regular milk
  • 2 tbs Mexican vanilla blend

Instructions

  1. In a pot bring 3 cups of the water and the cinnamon stick to a boil.

  2. Let simmer for a few minutes.

  3. Remove the pot from heat and add the sugar and coffee to the pot and stir.

  4. Let the cinnamon stick soak in the water for 5-10 minutes. Then remove it and discard.

  5. Let the coffee sugar mixture cool for about an hour.

  6. Pour the mixture into a pitcher.

  7. Add the remaining 3 cups of water, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, regular milk and vanilla to the pitcher and stir.

  8. Serve over lots of ice. Refrigerate leftover coffee.
