Arrachera carne asada is the perfect summer food. Serve it with warm corn tortillas and fresh pico de gallo.
Put the steak in a large bowl. Combine the marinade ingredients and pour over the steak.
Cover the bowl and let marinate in the fridge for about 3 hours.
Preheat the grill to a medium heat for 5 minutes. Then grill the meat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
Then transfer to a large tray and cover. Let rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with warm corn tortillas and pico de gallo.
