This yummy and refreshing homemade vanilla ice cream is the perfect dessert for the hot summer weather!
Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl. Beat with a mixer until foamy.
Slowly add the sugar to the eggs while continuing to mix.
Then add the Milnot and the vanilla extract while still mixing.
Pour the mixture into the ice cream canister.
Then add the milk to the canister. Put the dasher in the canister and put on the lid.
Put the canister into the ice cream maker. Layer the ice cream maker with ice and ice cream salt. Around 4-6 layers.
Put the lid on and turn on the machine
The ice cream should be ready in about 30 minutes.
