Tender flavorful chicken in a delicious creamy chipotle sauce.
Put the chicken in a bowl and season with the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and salt. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated. Set aside.
Put the cream cheese, sour cream, tomato sauce, chipotle peppers and sauce, garlic clove, onion piece, milk and chicken bouillon in the blender.
Blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Set the sauce aside.
In a skillet over medium heat add the vegetable oil. Once hot add the chicken. Cook the chicken for 5 minutes.
Flip the chicken and cook for 5 more minutes.
Pour the sauce into the skillet. Stir, then cover the skillet. Reduce heat to medium low and continue to cook for 3 minutes.
Remove skillet from heat and let cool before serving.
