This easy and delicious Mexican tuna salad is perfect for lunch or for a snack. Serve it with crackers or tostadas.
Put the drained tuna in a bowl.
Add the celery, onion and pickled jalapeno. Mix well.
Add the corn and mix well.
Then add the cilantro, lime juice, mayo and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
Serve with crackers and enjoy.
