  • 30 oz hashbrowns defrosted
  • 10 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3/4 cup ham diced
  • 4 tbs butter melted
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


  1. Preheat the oven to 350.

  2. In a large bowl combine the soup, sour cream, butter, ham, onion, black pepper, salt and garlic powder.

  3. Add the hashbrowns to the mixture and mix well.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 casserole dish.

  5. Top with shredded cheese.

  6. Then bake for 45-50 minutes.

  7. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley (optional)

  8. Let it cool for about 10 minutes before cutting.
